I have only been here for two months. Maybe a week more. And already I can tell that this flood just makes absolutely no sense at all. This is probably the very worst ship that could ever be used for rehabilitation. Assuming that the Admiral is driving, of course. More likely, he's just asleep. Or absent. Or perhaps he just shows up when it's convenient, assures us that everything is fine, and disappears again.

Unlikely, I know, but there has to be another explanation for this.
